Registering your account is required to start using the app. With your ATM card ready at hand, enter your account details and other necessary information.

[Main Features]
●Check account balance
You can check your latest savings account balance as soon as you log into the app. The app also provides masking features for those who often view their balances outside. You can manage your Resona Group accounts and check the balances of multiple accounts all at once.

●View deposit/withdrawal history
Not only you can check your latest deposit and withdrawal history without visiting a bank branch or ATM, but you can also view its future schedule. Additionally, you can filter statements and sort them by date or amount to see the largest expenses of the month, for example, for household budget management.

●Output function of statements of account usage, etc.
You can download statements of each transaction, such as bank transfers, Pay-easy, and payment slip (eL-QR), as well as the "Account Number Confirmation Sheet," which replaces the cover page of your bankbook, in PDF format for a variety of uses.

Ratings and reviews

The app is actually better than I expected, but poor support has already caused me to cut it to three stars. That includes erroneous support from several branches and over the phone even before I installed it. My primary goal is to prevent bank card fraud, and it needs an obvious improvement for that purpose, so I tried to call and suggest that option. The key is comparing the bank book transactions to the app's transactions, but the app only shows them backwards. Typical bank service. Bad.

App crashed out on me after few weeks of using it. Says the number of times error input of credentials caused the app to lock the card, contrary to my daily accurate input. Couldn't use the app after reinstallation. However, app worked great when I was able to use it, then again, with little exception of insufficiency of budget catagorizing tracking service.

Inconvenient at times, they issue debit card with account name written in English but if you use it to transfer money online, it declines when the recipient's name was registered in Katakana etc. Why can't you get your system right, or issue a debit card with exact name written on the records. Plus, I had to pay for my money to be put back intoy account plus my effort going to the bank to sort it out. Tellers were confused too.
