You can read not only the latest news and obituary information within the prefecture, but also articles from all over the country.
After loading the latest data, you can enjoy the article offline.
Since it has a built-in paper viewer, you can open the morning edition or reprint of the day as is. You can also display text by long pressing.
●Precautions for use
- A communication environment is required to update the latest data.
・Although free members can use it, you must register as a paid member of the "Saga Shimbun Electronic Edition" to read all articles, including the paper viewer, obituary, and full text of Saga news.
・For information on applying for the "Saga Shimbun Electronic Edition" and service details, please see the "Electronic Edition Application Guide."
- If you are a paid member, you can use the "Article DB" function that allows you to search past articles for up to two years. (Communication environment required)
●How to operate
- After starting the app, the latest news will be displayed on the first home screen. The bottom menu has ``Top'', ``Saga'', ``Nationwide'', ``Sports'', ``Lifestyle'', and ``Sleep'' categories, and you can switch to a list of articles specific to each category.
・You can read the latest 3 days' worth of morning editions and reprints from ``Paper'' in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
●Saga Shimbun electronic version fee (the app is free)
・Saga Shimbun subscribers → Newspaper subscription fee: 3,350 yen per month (3,750 yen per month after March 1, 2025)
・Electronic version only → 3,350 yen per month (subscription month free)
