- Balance and Transaction Details
The Seto Shinkin Bank app allows you to check balances and transaction details for registered accounts. Transaction details display the most recent 50 transactions from the past 62 days, including the date of the transaction. Up to five accounts can be registered per device, as long as they are held by the same account holder.
- Transaction Notification
When using the transaction notification feature, the app retrieves transaction information on the day of the week or the day before the date you specify and determines whether notifications should be sent. If there are transactions since the last notification determination date, you will receive a notification on your smartphone screen that your transaction details have been updated on the specified date. If you make a transaction the day before your specified date, depending on the transaction time, you may receive a notification on the next notification date. Please note that the notification may not appear depending on your smartphone settings. If you do not want to allow the deposit/withdrawal notification feature, you can change this setting in the app's settings screen.
- Notification Function
The Bank uses notifications to provide app users with campaign information, various information, advertisements, etc.
Notifications may be linked to your device's location information.
To check or change your notification settings, go to "Home Screen > Notifications > Settings (top right of the screen)."

- This app is intended for individual customers who use cash cards for current accounts, savings accounts, and card loan accounts at the Bank's head office or branches.

*Even with the above OS, the app may not function properly depending on your device settings.
- There may be times when the app is unavailable due to system maintenance, etc. Please check the Bank's website or the app's home screen.
・Use of this app is limited to Japan.
■User Registration
After installing this app on your smartphone, enter your personal information, such as the branch number and account number of the account you wish to register, and your cash card PIN on the user registration screen, and set a password to use with this app.
■Identity Verification
When using this app, identity verification is performed by the Bank by verifying the password you send from your smartphone to the Bank.
■Notes
・Communication Charges to Be Paid by Customer
Separate communication charges will be incurred for using and downloading the app and using the web (including communication charges for resetting settings, etc.).
・You are responsible for carefully managing your password to prevent it from being known or stolen by third parties. You are also responsible for changing your password from time to time using the Bank's designated method.
・Please take security measures, such as installing security software, to protect your smartphone from computer viruses and malicious programs.
- You are responsible for carefully managing the smartphone you use with this app to prevent loss or theft. If your smartphone is lost or stolen, please contact your carrier and have your line suspended.
- Account Display
A comprehensive account without a fixed-term deposit account will be displayed as "Regular."
■ Notes Regarding This App
This app may deliver information about campaigns, seminars, and other information related to our products and services to your smartphone screen. Your smartphone's location information may be used for this purpose. If you do not wish to receive such information, please disable notification reception and location information transmission in the app's settings screen.
■ Service Changes, etc.
The Bank may change the type and content of this service. We may also temporarily suspend service due to changes or discontinuations.
■ Service Termination
The Bank may terminate this service for its own convenience. The Bank assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from such termination.
