The hearing aids, for the price, can't be beat. But the app needs improvement. It often loses connection to the hearing aids, won't let me sign in, and now won't let me reinstall it. I'm going to need tech support to resolve the problem because without the app the hearing aids can't be customized for my hearing loss.

These hearing aids are not a good value. The Sony Hearing Control app is not available for desktop computers. For a pair of hearing aids costing about $1,200.00, I would have hoped for more. I do not have internet service with my phone, so I will have to drive to places like McDonald's and use their wifi to adjust my hearing aids. This is a problem because, after recharging, the hearing aids default back to a setting that does not work for me. I have to reset every time I recharge them.

Like so many others here have said the app ruins an otherwise great product. It constantly needs me to login and frequently has to go through the full setup routine. Completely useless when I need to quickly change the volume because of an environment change. Why do I even need to login for a simple control? edit 7-14-26 had to reset again today. pissed me off, so I came out to add this to my review.
