This app is for Sony's CRE-C10, CRE-E10, and CRE-C20 self-fitting hearing aids.
Easy and quick initial setup and remote control with kind instructions.

I'm not sure what is happening, but the hearing fine tuning option is not working. It freezes the app and a minute later, the app wants me to reconnect the hearing aids. This means that I would have to go through the ENTIRE setup again! I just want to fine tune my hearing aids and get rid of the tinny sound from every single audio piece coming my way! C'mon Sony! Fix your app! And why do only iPhone users get to listen to audio through bluetooth? Where is the love for us Android users?!!!

Read all the negative reviews and dreaded having to use this. Pleasantly surprised. Works great and has more functionality than I could possibly expect for an app for an OTC HA. No it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the app for my other HAs..the ones that never work for long. But this app and the HAs it controls exceed expectations.
