----- What is QC test (quality control test)?
The quality control test (QC test) classifies the quality control (QC) abilities required of people working in an organization (company) into four levels (1st to 4th grades), and in order to demonstrate the abilities of each level. It evaluates the necessary QC knowledge by a written test.
The test is conducted twice a year (September / March) nationwide, and a total of more than 1 million people have taken the test so far.
For examinees, it can be expected to have effects such as appealing immediate ability in the organization (company), proof of knowledge (ability), ability evaluation and positive for job hunting.
For organizations (companies), it can be used for improving product quality and service quality by raising the QC level, expanding profits, improving personnel planning, and evaluating ability in recruitment and training.
This will contribute to improving the quality of manufacturing and service manufacturing of the entire industry by raising individual QC awareness, improving the QC level of the organization, and improving the quality of products and services.
In other words, it aims to become an industrial base for continuously improving QC knowledge and abilities, and has been highly evaluated by the Japan Society for Quality Control (certification) and the Japan Statistical Society.
-1st grade / quasi 1st grade-
People involved in work that requires knowledge of overall quality control within the company, such as staff in the quality control department and staff in the technical department
-Level 2-
Those who are required to be able to solve quality-related problems by themselves using QC seven tools, etc., those who play a leading role in small group activities, etc., and who are leading improvement activities
-Level 3-
Those who understand individual methods such as QC seven tools, those who are active as members in small group activities, university students, technical college students, technical high school students, etc.
-4th grade-
People who are going to work in a company, dispatched employees registered in dispatched labor companies, university students, technical college students, high school students, etc.
