About this app

■ Turn your car into a fun time for your child

Car trips can easily lead to boredom and anxiety for children.
Small issues like getting bored in traffic jams, refusing to wear a seat belt, and getting sleepy and fussy on the way home from daycare can occur every day.

The "FamiCa Kids" app was designed to address these car-specific issues and turn travel time into a fun and safe experience.

This app functions only when used in conjunction with the "FamiCa Adult" app.
The app's functions are not available on its own.

■ Have fun with two content options: Learning & Child Care

With the FamiCa card, you can play the following two types of content for young children in the back seat.
Please select and operate the content from the "FamiCa Adult" app.

① Learning Content (English/Digital Picture Books)

English animations and digital picture books gently stimulate children's curiosity.
With short, easy-to-understand expressions and a relaxed pace, your travel time can become a little learning moment.

② Child Care Content (Ride Support)

・Animations that encourage seatbelt buckling in a fun way
・Quiet moments to calm your child down
・Gentle movements to support your child as they get to sleep after daycare
It's packed with features that naturally make children want to watch and stay in their seats.

■ An app to deepen parent-child connections

This app works in conjunction with the FamiCa Adult app.
It cannot be used alone; content playback and in-car communication are enabled by pairing it with the parent's app.

This allows:
・Keep an eye on the backseat with the Adult app
・Enjoy content controlled with the Adult app with the Child app
・Smooth communication with the Chat function
A car experience that keeps parents and children connected even when they're far apart.

This app only communicates within the same Wi-Fi network.
It communicates directly with the control app, without using an external server on the Internet.
*Communication may occur when playing video content.

■ About Camera and Microphone Use

The camera and microphone are for parental supervision purposes only.
Children cannot operate the camera or microphone.
Facial recognition, facial expression analysis, and other processing are not performed.
Audio is used only for real-time communication and is not recorded or saved.

■ Data Handling

Captured video, images, and audio are stored only on the device.
They are not sent or shared with third parties.

■ Advertising and In-App Purchases

This app does not display advertisements.
It also does not include in-app purchases.
