About this app

■ FamiCa is an app that changes your family's car time.

While driving with small children can be a fun experience, it can also be a stressful time for parents. Sometimes, parents might experience stressful situations, such as hearing a crying voice behind the wheel and not being able to turn around, feeling anxious because they don't know what's going on, or getting bored and fussy.

FamiCa is an app that helps families overcome these challenges and delivers an in-car experience that keeps them connected even when they're apart.

Three features—rear seat monitoring, front and rear seat conversation support, and content for young children—make everyday drives safer and more comfortable.

Note: This app must be paired with the "FamiCa Children" app.

Some features are not available on its own.

The app will be free until the end of August 2026, with some features scheduled for a fee from September onward.

① Rear Seat Monitoring Function

Quickly check on your child in the back seat.
It allows you to see posture and facial expressions that are difficult to see in the mirror at a glance.

② Front and Rear Seat Conversation Support

Naturally connect parents and children in the car, even when you can't see each other's faces.

・When the microphone is turned on, your voice will be heard through the other party's speaker.
*Depending on the in-car environment, vibration noise may be picked up. If this is a concern, please turn the microphone off.

The camera and microphone are used solely for rear seat monitoring and conversation assistance.
Captured video and audio are not transmitted to third parties.

Captured video, images, and other data are stored solely on each device.
