You can participate in management association surveys and Zoom board meetings directly from the app.

In addition, association officers can discuss and vote on board meeting topics directly from the app, and simple agenda items can be discussed with other association officers at any time. Regular board meeting schedules and attendance confirmations are also available.

■Terms of Use
○ The condominiums we manage have resolved to use this feature.
○ You are a member of a condominium association managed by our company.
○ You have completed registration for the Condominium Convenience Menu on LifeTime Protal (WEB).
　(Log in with your LifeTime Protal ID and password.)
*Please contact our sales representative at your condominium if you would like to use the app.
