This mode is for those who want to enrich their daily lives by understanding the rhythms of their mind and body.
- Predicts timing for weight loss, swelling, irritability, and positive moods, helping with dieting and PMS prevention.

◇Well-Aging Mode
This mode is for those who want to better manage aging in their mind and body.
- Daily changes and discomforts in their mind and body may be signs of menopause. Daily advice and understanding your own condition will help you improve your lifestyle.

*You can easily change the mode at any time in the app.
*You will receive "Today's Advice" tailored to each mode every day.
*The expert column provides the information you need, regardless of the mode.
