★ Features
1. With the map and GPS function, you can specify the pick-up destination of the taxi. You can order from Tokyo 23 wards, Musashino and Mitaka city. It does not take time to explain the pick-up address, facility name, etc.
2. You can also order by specifying the color of the vehicle and the number of units.
3. You can check the approximate taxi fare simply by specifying the pick-up point and drop-off point with the taxi fare search function.
4. You can also register frequently used locations as favorites, and easily specify pick-up locations with the "Nearby facility search" function.
5. You can also easily specify a pick-up location using your order history.
6. Registering customer information on your smartphone makes it easier to call a taxi when dispatching a taxi.
7. You can check how far the ordered taxi has come.
8. If you need to cancel your order after placing it, we will contact our taxi dispatch center by phone.

1. This app requires communication. Please use in a place with good communication environment.
2. This application uses functions such as GPS to acquire the user's location information. Depending on the weather, radio wave conditions, etc., it may not be possible to acquire the user's location information accurately.
3. If you order a taxi using this app, we will add the prescribed pick-up fee in addition to the fare, just like ordering by phone.
4. Depending on traffic conditions, we will look for a taxi that can pick you up in about 5 to 10 minutes. If it is expected that it will take more than 10 minutes, we may call you to confirm the dispatch.
5. Please note that we may not be able to dispatch a vehicle depending on the location.
6. Please note that we may not be able to arrange a car depending on the weather and road conditions.
7. In the price search, the route is calculated using Google Maps, so it may differ from the actual route. In addition, tolls and pick-up fees are not included in the estimated fare.

★ Acquisition and use of personal information
1. When a user makes a dispatch request, the association acquires personal information such as the phone number, name, and address entered on the customer information registration screen and the pick-up destination input screen.
2. Personal information acquired by the Association shall be limited to the extent necessary for this service.
3. Personal information acquired by the association will not be used for purposes other than this service.
4. The association may use information that identifies an individual, such as a telephone number, when refusing to use a person who violates the terms of use or is used for fraudulent or unjust purposes.
5. The Association may provide personal information to third parties only in the following cases.
(1) When the user consents to the provision of information.
(2) When we receive a court judgment or order, or when we receive a formal inquiry from a public agency such as the police based on laws and ordinances.
(3) When it is difficult to obtain the user's consent when the user violates laws and regulations, terms of use, etc., and is deemed to protect the rights, property, services, etc. of a third party or our association.
(4) When there is imminent danger to human life, body, property, etc., and there is an urgent need, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent.
