What is chiica?

You can save money through everyday activities such as living healthy in your community, volunteering, and shopping, and you can use it at stores. Chiica is such a new local currency app.

How to receive chiica
----------------------------------------------
You can receive points from local governments and organizations that issue local currency for each region by displaying the QR code on the chiica app on the spot. Points can be earned in a variety of ways, such as as a premium when charging the Chiica app or by participating in events. For more information, please contact the local government or organization that issues local currency with chiica.

How to use chiica at a store
----------------------------------------------
When you go to a store with the Chiica logo, please tell the store clerk, ``I'll pay with Chiica.''

[When using at a store that displays a QR code]
1. Read the store's QR code with the chiica app
2. Enter the billing amount into the chiica app
3. Show the completion screen to the shop staff and have them confirm it.
4. Your payment is complete.

[When using by showing the QR code to the store staff]
1. Show the QR code of the chiica app to the shop staff.
2. The store staff enters the bill amount into the store's app.
3. The store staff reads the QR code of the chiica app using the store's app.
4. If the amount is correct, enter the 4-digit confirmation code into the store's app.
5. Your payment is complete.

・QRコードを読み込む前にQRコードの種類を選択する機能が追加されます。
「店舗で支払う」「ポイントを受け取る」などの目的を先に選択することで、読み込みエラーを防ぎ、目的に合わせた操作がよりスムーズに行えます。

【選択できる項目】
店舗で支払う：決済用QRコードを読み込みます。
ポイントを受け取る：参加特典付与用のQRコードを読み込みます。
カードからマネー・ポイントを移行する：カード会員のQRコードを読み込みます。
マネー・ポイントを送る：送金相手のQRコードを読み込みます。
セブン銀行ATMでチャージする：セブン銀行ATMに表示されるQRコードを読み取ります。


・決済セキュリティの向上に伴い、決済用QRコードを読み込んだ後、決済が完了せずに5分経過した場合、安全のため決済を中断する仕組みを導入します。
決済情報が未完了のまま放置されることを防ぎ、より安全にご利用いただけます。

・軽微な不具合の修正、およびUIの改善を行いました。
