About this app

This is the ICOCA app, which allows you to ride trains and buses nationwide and pay for purchases.

By selecting the "TOICA model" when issuing your card, you can now also purchase commuter passes in the JR Central area!

Simply register your WESTER ID and payment card.
If you have a J-WEST card, you can start using it immediately by logging in with the 12-digit WESTER ID printed on your card (※1). You can also earn points when topping up or purchasing a commuter pass (※3).

＼Mobile ICOCA is so convenient／
1. You can purchase commuter passes anywhere, so there's no need to wait in line at the station (※2).
2. You can top up anywhere, so you don't have to worry if your balance is low.
3. You can top up your accumulated WESTER points and use them as 1 point = 1 yen.
4. With a J-WEST card, you can earn up to 1.5% WESTER points (basic) (※3).
5. Whether you're riding or shopping, just touch your locked smartphone (※4).
⑥ Issuance is free, and reissuance is free in the event of device malfunction or loss.
⑦ If you need assistance, chat or phone support is available from the Mobile ICOCA Support Center.

*1: Online membership registration required.
*2: Some commuter passes are not available for purchase.
*3: Earn points by charging or purchasing a commuter pass. 15 points per 1,000 yen (tax included). Up to 3% for Gold Cards. This offer is tentatively scheduled.
*4: Requires primary card setup.

- Android 10.0 or later installed at the time of purchase (some models excluded)
- The latest version of the Osaifu-Keitai app installed
