I've been using this app for sometime with only minor issues but recently been having many issues trying to connect to the exchange. It's been off and on for months. As of now I haven't been able to connect to or access my account for 2 weeks straight. Unbelievable!!!

4 weeks later, my account still not validated. They keep sending notifications that says images sent aren't clear. Faulty, unreliable, and very slow identity verification. Stupid app overall, not worth your time. There are better apps out there, like Line own crpyto app.

Their verification system is a nightmare. I've been trying for months to verify my account without luck. The error messages are not informative and the UX in general of the verification process is really bad. The app itself is ok, but given that you have to be verified to do any transaction I'm giving it 1 star
