1. Membership Card
When you visit the store, present your app membership card at the front desk. As a member, you can enjoy great deals at "Karaoke Room Uta Hiroba" anytime.

2. Member Rank
The "Member Rank" feature changes your rank based on the number of visits. When you register as a new member, you'll start as a "Regular Member" and progress through ranks from "Bronze" to "Silver" to "Gold" to "Platinum" to "Diamond" based on your frequency of visits. As your rank increases, you'll receive special perks and coupons.

Register as a member through the app and present your membership card at the store to receive special discount coupons.

*Please note that if you forget your login ID or password after upgrading your device, your membership information, including visit points, will not be transferred.
If your membership information is not transferred, you will need to register again.

●For Customers Using a General Email Address, such as Gmail, as Your Login ID
(1) Before upgrading your device, be sure to write down and keep a copy of your login ID (email address), password, and membership number.
(2) After upgrading your device, download the new "Utahiro" app and log in using the login information provided in (1) above. Your membership information, including visit points, will be transferred.

● For customers using a carrier email address (such as docomo.ne.jp) as their login ID
(1) Before changing your phone model, be sure to write down and save your login ID (email address), password, and membership number in advance so you don't forget them.
(2) After changing your phone model, download the new "Utahiro" app and log in using the login information from (1) above. Your membership information, including store visit points, will be carried over.
(3) However, if you change your phone model using MNP (Mobile Number Portability), be sure to change your email address after logging in for the first time. If you do not change your email address, you will not be able to log in if you forget your password. In this case, you will need to register as a new member to use the service again, and your membership information, including store visit points, will be lost.
*You can change your email address by going to "My Page" > "Member Registration Information" > "Change Email Address Here."
