About this app

To use the telephone relay service, pre-registration is required for those who have difficulty hearing or speaking. After registration is complete, you will be notified of the telephone number for the telephone relay service and will be able to use it.

■ Those who need registration
① Individuals with a physical disability certificate (hearing loss or voice / language dysfunction)
(2) Individuals who have difficulty using the telephone other than (1) (those who have acquired difficulty in hearing due to aging, etc., or those who have difficulty speaking)
③ A corporation to which a person corresponding to ① or ② belongs and is engaged in business
* You do not need to register the person who can hear (download this application), and you can make and receive calls with registered people who cannot hear.

■ Service content
・ Interpret the call of the person who has difficulty hearing or speaking and the person who can overcome it.
・ You can use this service only if both of you are in Japan.
・ Interpretation is limited to Japanese utterances and characters as well as Japanese sign language.
・ You can make calls to landline numbers, voice transmission mobile phone numbers, specific IP phone numbers, emergency call numbers (110, 118, 119), and toll-free numbers (0120,0800).
* It may not be available depending on the settings of the other party on the phone.
・ You cannot receive incoming calls from lines that do not allow calls to the telephone relay service phone number (050 number).

■ Usage fee
・ There are two types of rate plans for telephone relay services.
・ Call charges will be borne by the caller.
・ Emergency calls and toll-free numbers are free of charge.
① Plan with monthly fee
Monthly charge + call charge A (pay-as-you-go)
(2) No monthly fee plan (cannot be selected for corporations)
Call charge B (pay-as-you-go)
