About this app

As a pioneer of conveyor-belt sushi in eastern Japan, we offer fresh sushi at reasonable prices, primarily in the Tohoku region.
Heiroku Sushi is particular about its ingredients. We use domestically grown rice, our unique blended vinegar, made with rice vinegar, lees vinegar, and kelp stock for a rich umami and acidity, and our soy sauce, Fujikijo Brand, is brewed to bring out the natural umami of the sushi.
