This app can play slideshow of your Google Photos and set it as screen saver.
You can choice your favorite albums in Google Photos for slideshow.

This app needs work but it seems like the developer is actively improving the app. Unfortunately you can't expand the photo maximum on the phone, leading to a tedious process of using the TV remote and keyboard to type the password over and over. There should be an option to expand by 2,500 and 5,000 at a time for people with many photos. (Apparently the max is 9,500? Also annoying)

I used to be a happy user of this app but the recent update makes it impossible to display albums from Google photos and you have to reselect photos to display one by one each time you start the app. Totally unusable.

This app is ok so far. What I dislike is when I choose an album with 10000 photos and tell it to show photos in random order, it only shows photos from the last 1000 (or so) pictures and repeats the same pictures very often - I want it to be really random and show pictures from allover the album - please fix this, i also bought extra pictures but this does not help
