It's give unable to load chat error everytime. I was installed it because my client to chat with me but I am unable to check messages and reply. It woked fine on PC.

Should NOT use this app if you want to use it for free. This is not free chat app. Can't read the messages before 2 months. They updated really worse. They don't have any customer service for free plan. Really disappointed company. Upgrade rate is in 500 JPY / 5 USD. I REALLY HATE THIS. If you made a payment with JPY, you should make your account from website of Japanese ver.. Otherwise, you can't switch the payment currency. Upgrade rate for US ver. is much more expensive than one of JP ver.

If you have normal sense of IT, you wouldn't use this service and app. No major functional improvements, inconvenience UI. It's better to find another options.
