This app refuses to work on old or unlocked devices and this is unacceptable. Major Japanese banks and financial institutions have apps and direct web applications that work nonetheless and only Myna portal locks users out if they have old device or use browser other than Chrome. Even using latest chrome by reason unknown does not let me scan card's IC and opening this app results in an endless loading screen. Other countries manage to do this right, and I wish Digital Agency would too someday.

There is a terrible BUG since I've been using this app (2022) that NEVER BEEN FIXED: sometimes during specific login within the app, when you have to insert the 4 digits pin while holding the MyNumberCard at the back of the phone to be read by NFC, an error message appear "Password/PIN has been blocked. Please unlock password/PIN at your local municipal office. (EA344-2600).". This messase is completaly false because I can use MyNumberCard anywhere else with my 4 digits pin. PLEASE FIX IT.

not compatible with my recently bought Samsung 256, perhaps bc just bought it outside Japan. for such an important app, this is quite a bad restriction.
