Ratings and reviews

I liked the various views it suggests, but lately when you open it, It's improved but now they automatically give you top stories that don't match the notification. Close that and the notification story doesn't exist. They also started sending ads with the close x so far on edge of screen, you can't select it, it send you to Amazon to order. can't close, doesn't time out. Now July 2025 they are using phishing ads. Run away, no quality control.

I have used this for a long time, including on an incredibly old note 8, and it has always worked fine for me. This is my preferred news aggregation app. My single complaint is getting news pushed to me from sources behind a pay wall. I can't and wouldn't subscribe to all these random news sites so an option to not allow these would be nice.

Is there ANY way that you can do something about the stories constantly freezing and the app crashing? I've cleared the cache, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Yet it does not stop. Find some new programmers, because the ones that you have now are not cutting it. I have 45 apps on my phone, and this is the ONLY one that does that. I am thisclose to just uninstalling the app. It is beyond frustrating at this point.
