ARE THE DEV EVEN READ THE REPORTS I'm so pissed right now because i have reported the same problem thrice, updated this app repeatedly, but it hasn't been fixed yet. I can't access line news, themes, coins; take this problem seriously.
Disappointed There's an update again today and I thought it will fix my app. But it makes no differences. I still can't open line today, sticker shop, line shopping, etc. I hope you read this review and solve it soon. This is so disappointing.
Getting better and better! But Please fix ! Looks like it's getting better and better! Been using it since day one. Would be great to have an alternative way to switch device when you lose your phone or when phone's unusable. Please add categories for Friends... Want to group them... Update: Please add friends grouping! Too many friends, will really like to categorize them! Will love the same backup option that iOS has as well. Allowing us to backup and restore all at once. Thanks!
Worst Customer Service Ever Had trouble transferring info into a new phone. Reached out to customer service many times. Either got stock answers that didn't work or was ignored completely. One star because I had to give it to write a rating and because the app was free. Otherwise zero star.
Thank You LINE I've changed the star from 1 to 5 again :). Latest update you give a clue to update Android System WebView as well, so now I can view Line Today news and Sticker Shop again. Thanks for your great support.
I broke my phone and got a lenovo phone. I don't get any notifications until I open the app. I tried the last three versions, still doesn't work properly. Please fix this bug. Edit: Don't turn off sound for notifications. It will work fine after.
If the screen appears blank when trying to view related services or web pages in LINE, please update to the latest version of Android System WebView.
If the blank screen issue continues after updating WebView, try updating Chrome to its latest version.
