It is mostly good but at random and inopportune times I open the app and find that someone has sent me numerous messages and has become concerned or worse. Then I discover that the chat is in "muted" mode. I know that I did not make that change. Nobody else has access to my phone or other devices at any time. The person on the other end of the chat gets to spend hours or longer thinking I am ignoring them. Is there a way to prevent this? Tired of apologizing for this bug.

Ever since the app updated, I am unable to dial out via phone or video call. It shows "network error" or "unable to make call. please try again". The chat function doesn't work either, I cannot send anything at all. Not sure what happened since I was able to use the app fully less than a week ago, and not it's completely useless. I'm disappointed with this version.

My only problem is that you can only use it on one device at a time. I wish it could be used on two devices without it logging you out and removing from 2nd device. The versatility of being able to use on two devices would be useful for people who use multiple devices. I use both my tablet and phone, but if I open Line on one device, it logs me out and removes everything from my other device and vice versa.
