In the application of Ver.3.1.8 or later, the function of displaying the estimated charge at the end of the call is stopped.
If you want to check the estimated charge for each call, please check the call time for each call in the "History" tab and calculate it together with the call charge for every 30 seconds of BIGLOBE Denwa.
* BIGLOBE Denwa call charges every 30 seconds vary depending on the type of call (domestic call, international call, satellite call).

"BIGLOBE Denwa" is a calling application that reduces domestic calling charges by half (* 1) to anyone using the "BIGLOBE Mobile" voice call service with the same number.

**** please note ****
If you use other phone-related apps such as apps that mediate IP phones of other companies and apps that have a calling app selection function, you may not be eligible for BIGLOBE Denwa. Please be careful.

[Features]
・ If you make a call from "BIGLOBE Denwa", the domestic call charge is 9.9 yen / 30 seconds!
・ International call charges are 20 yen (tax exempt) / 30 seconds! (Excluding satellite phones)
-In addition, "Call Pack 90", "Call Pack 60", "Unlimited Calls for 10 Minutes", and "Unlimited Calls for 3 Minutes" that can be used for domestic calls of "BIGLOBE Denwa" are now available!
・ It is OK even if the other party does not use "BIGLOBE Denwa"!

【Notes】

・ Three-digit special numbers such as 110,119 and numbers starting with 0120,0800,0570 will be charged at normal call charges.

･ Depending on the terminal used by the customer, the screen of the standard call application may be displayed instead of returning to the screen of the "BIGLOBE phone" application at the end of the call of the "BIGLOBE phone" application. If you want to continue making calls after the call ends, you must make a call from the "BIGLOBE Denwa" app or you will not be charged for "BIGLOBE Denwa", so be sure to return to the "BIGLOBE Denwa" app.

･ Even if you make a call to a destination registered as a contact using your terminal (* 2), "Unknown destination" may be displayed on the outgoing call screen. Even in this case, it will be displayed as a registered destination in the outgoing call history.

･ When using with a dual SIM slot terminal, set the SIM card used for voice calls to the SIM card of BIGLOBE Mobile. If you do not make the settings, it may not operate normally.

(* 1) When using voice calls with "BIGLOBE Mobile", the standard domestic call charge is 22 yen / 30 seconds.
