There is no difference in features other than the presence or absence of advertisements for the paid version and the free version.
If you purchase the Remove Ads Add-on, the ads will not be displayed and there will be no difference from the paid version of ibis Paint.

- Only when you are using or going to use SonarPen, the app collects audio signal from microphone. The collected data is only used for communication with SonarPen, and is never saved nor sent to anywhere.

Ratings and reviews

The app is really awesome! The tools are pretty helpful, but I've been having troubles with the Blur tool and the Spin Blur Effect.. (I'm not sure of the name) Whenever I use one, my screen freezes, even when I try going back into the app after a few minutes or so, the screen turns black. I'm not entirely sure if it's just me but I hope some time soon you'll be able to fix these bugs! Over all great app!

The app is decent, no issues or glitches, a lot of primium and pay walled features like re-ordering art works, effects, the gallery, animation feature, changing the color interface, brushes are locked, it does have some cool new features like a referance window, with the referance window when you hide the interface it also hides the referance window which i think should be a toggle option so you can keep your referance up still, and there is no lock layer button

Genuinely a wonderful app. While it has it's crashes and glitches sometimes it's never enough to hinder the user experience. The ads are infrequent which I appreciate. Also very user friendly and easy to figure out— something that cannot be said for a lot of the free art apps out there. This is great if you're looking for something basic.
