I tried to verify my identity but the app keeps telling me that my input contains invalid symbols but all I input is plain romaji. Please be more specific on what is wrong and do the validation before I reach the end of the process. I need to restart the whole thing every time. It should just highlight the wrong field. Edit: this is not a request for multilingual support. This is for you to keep track of bugs. A big part of your software engineers is multilingual.

I have downloaded this app on my Samsung S22 ultra and for 1st week it's running fine. Suddenly it started showing "No internet connection" or Logged out from app automatically. Getting worse day by day. As soon as I will finish the current balance, I will Uninstall it. I even messaged them on their Facebook page but they didn't see the message. Totally disappointed with their service.

I have been used this app since it wasn't as big as now. It actually was quite good. Now that its already this big, they ask us to provide ID. That seems fair. Too bad They dont welcome foreigner to use this app. They dont approve your alien card (zairyuu card). Felt betray😭 really.. so disappointed As much they give cashback for 1% or so on.. think it time to say goodbye. Going to use other cashless app which WELCOME foreigner.
