Ratings and reviews

When you cash out they purposely hold your money for 10 days or more to gain interest. Every other transaction on this service takes seconds but all of a sudden when it comes to you getting money put into your account they take a long time. Good thing it wasn't an emergency and I needed this money immediately. Beware of this practice. They also randomly cancel cards that you qualified for and tell you to go through the process again. Incompetence

The Identity verification is the worst. 1. It can't scan the My Number Card. ( I checked other apps like Govt. provided apps and they work perfectly fine.) 2-1. In the photo verification mode, it tries to be too smart ime scanning and if it fails then asking the user to take a photo. 2-2. The dimensions of the suggestion boxes in the photo mode are wrong. 2-3. The verification takes 1-3 days then why make the photo scanning process so strict?

Totally useless app with endless identification. It says the identification usually takes 1 to 3 days, but with at least 14 days have passed away, the identification is still under processing even though I've sent two emails to the Customers Help Center. I'll give 0 star to Paypay if no limitation.
