Disgaea 1 Complete Mobile is a single purchase game application.

◆ Story
The Netherworld - a place darker than a pitch-black cave, located deeper than the depth of the seas. It is a cursed land where evil reigns and foul beings dwell. Nobody knows its whereabouts, but everybody fears its existence…

The story takes place two years after the death of King Krichevskoy, the ruler of the Netherworld. His son Laharl slept for two full years, unaware of his father’s death, while demons fought for supremacy over the Netherworld. With the help of his vassal Etna and her underlings, the egocentric, megalomaniac Prince Laharl fights his way to become the next king.

◆ New Features for Smartphones
- Auto-battle: Let the battle play out on its own! Not only can you leave the stages themselves up to auto-battle but also the Item World as well. With the Auto-Battle feature, you can leave the level grind up to the game.

- Battle Speed Boost: Play through the game with between 1x and 8x the normal speed!

- Cheat Shop: The popular Cheat Shop returns! Upping the amount of EXP and HL you receive post-battle, enemy strength, auto-heal-- All these features and more can be tweaked in the Cheat Shop.

◆ Cloud Saves
Both Android or iOS systems are supported and you can transfer your save data between platforms.
Play on your tablet at home and your smartphone on the go!

This is hands down my favorite game series of all time. Which is why i can't reccomend this version of Disgaea 1. Even though it may be the most feature complete version, the cloud saving system is terrible, requiring manual uploads from the splash screen (which is ridiculous) But there are countless visual bugs in my game that have somehow steadily gotten worse over time. Im mostly just disappointed that this is the "definitive" vers of the game and there seems to be a lack of care given to it

It's fun. The auto battle is a nice addition for the phone. A suggestion is to allow for different AI choices for different characters, for example ninja strictly physically attacks without using skills and mage uses lowest attack spell using one tile from furthest away. For controls, sometimes it is difficult to select a character. I have yet to try a Bluetooth controller.

I absolutely love this version of Disgaea! The graphics are updated and the auto-battle and battle speed settings are welcome additions. Being able to auto-play levels is a useful way to quickly grind early levels. My one complaint is input. The controls are absolutely awful. In order to select a character, you need to double tap on them, which is incredibly difficult on a small display screen. Scrolling and zooming in and out are awkward - even more so than in the original PS2 game. The option to have an on-screen controller would have fixed many of these problems. It does support PS3 controllers, but that's not ideal for cell phones. Control issues aside, I still think this is the best version of the game. Auto battle is a strong selling point in a game that requires constant grinding. Highly recommended.
