【user registration】

To use it, first register as a user.
The registration information is as follows.

・ Name (last name & first name)
-The name displayed on the app.

·email address
-Required when logging in. It will not be published to other users.

·password
-Required for login. Please keep it in a safe place so that it will not be known to others.

When registering, please read the terms of use carefully and check "I accept the terms of use".


After registering, you can also change the registration information within the app.
Please use from "Edit Profile" on the "Settings" screen.
Please refer to the following for the items of profile editing.

·email address
-The email address cannot be changed after registration.

·profile image
-You can change the icon displayed on the app. In addition to the icons prepared in advance in the app, you can also use your own images.


If you forget your password, you can reissue it.
The procedure for reissuing is as follows.

1. From the login screen, tap "Forgot your password" to display the password reset screen.

2. Enter your registered email address and tap "Send Email".

3. If the existence of the user can be confirmed, an email will be automatically sent to the registered email address. Please open the email to check.

4. The email contains a token consisting of 6 digits. You can use this as a proof of your identity.

5. Return to the app password reset screen and enter the token in the email.

6. Enter your new password and tap "Change Password". If the authentication is successful, the password reset will be completed. Please log in with your new password to confirm.



[Message function]

If you open the "Message" screen from the upper tab menu, the contact points divided into contents will be displayed.
You can exchange messages with the staff of Maruwa Sogo Pet from each window.
The detailed operation method of the "Message" screen is as follows.

・ User list
-The icon, user name, and latest message are displayed. You can start a message talk by tapping it. Press and hold to display the operation menu.

・ User list operation menu
-This menu is displayed by long-pressing the user list. You can move to the message talk screen with the selected user and hide it from the list.

·Keyword search
-You can search the list from the user name and message history. You can search by multiple keywords by separating them with a space (both half-width and full-width). After entering the keyword, tap the "Search" button.


The details of the message talk screen are as follows.

・ Message input field
-Enter the message you want to send. After entering, you can send a message to the other party by clicking the "Send" button. The message you are writing will be retained even if you move to another page. The URL contained in the message acts as a link.

・ Image transmission button
-You can send an image with the gray button installed on the left of the message input field. When you tap it, the images saved in the terminal will be displayed in a list, so tap the image you want to send to the other party.

・ Message history
-Messages sent and received in the past are displayed. Tap the link to open the web page in your browser. Tap the image to enlarge it. Press and hold the message to open the copy menu.

-Message copy menu
-Displayed by pressing and holding the message. You can copy the selected message to the clipboard or just paste it into the input field.

・ Reload button
-If the message history is not displayed properly, tap the reload button on the upper right.


When you receive a message, the number of unread messages will be displayed in the user list.
When the app is not running, you will be notified of the receipt of the message by PUSH notification.


【Other features】

・ App home screen
-The latest information from Maruwa Sogo Pet is displayed on the app home.
You can see the article by tapping NEWS. The link in the article will open your browser.

・ Invitation code
-Customers who come to the store and who approve of it will be sent an email invitation code for the app from the store.
The store can use the app more simply by registering the name, email address, etc. in advance.

・ Account deletion
-You can delete your user's registration information on the account deletion page that you enter from the setting screen. All message history will also be deleted.
