This is an application provided by Kumamoto Medical Network (KMN), which is building a regional comprehensive care system in Kumamoto Prefecture.
　
KMN is a regional medical collaboration network that has been in operation since December 10, 2015, with 768 participating medical institutions and nursing care facilities (as of May 2024).
With over 131,000 participating patients, the network has grown into a network that is useful for patient examination and treatment during routine medical examinations and emergencies.
　
Even if you don't see a doctor often, you can still participate in preparation for the future, so please feel free to participate.
Previously, registration was only possible at facilities participating in KMN, but now you can register to participate in KMN using this application.

By registering and collaborating with your local hospital or pharmacy, you can have them check for overlapping medications and drug combinations.
　
When you get a referral to a hospital, all you have to do is ask the referring doctor to refer to your medical history, so there is no need to worry even if you can't explain it well yourself.
　
In addition, when using a nursing care facility, you can use this information as a reference to select the appropriate service that suits your condition in cooperation with medical institutions.

・Mother and child (pregnancy) notebook
This is an app that digitizes the maternal and child health handbook. It also includes a mother and child child care handbook.
　
・Used facilities
You can select the medical institution or nursing care facility that you attend.
It can also be displayed as a list of contact information for the facility where you are attending the hospital.
For facilities affiliated with KMN, it is also possible to link medical information.
However, the information of those who are not participating in KMN will not be linked.

If you are new to KMN or are already participating, you can digitize your participant card.
Children who have created a mother and child (childcare) handbook can also participate in KMN.
