About this app
The Hyper Edohaku XR Museum is an interactive app that lets you use your smartphone to enjoy exhibitions and city walks in tandem.
Point your camera inside the Edo-Tokyo Museum or at street corners throughout modern-day Tokyo, and scenes and people from the Edo, Meiji, Taisho, and Showa periods will vividly come to life through AR (Augmented Reality).
Furthermore, every time you visit a location, you’ll receive an “Edo-Haku Card,” which will be added to your collection within the app.
We’re introducing a new way to experience museums—one where you can have fun learning while exploring on foot and collecting history.
