Ratings and reviews

For anyone struggling to update, you HAVE to connect your phone's MOBLIE HOTSPOT to the infotainment system in order to update it. It took me about 30 or so mins to figure that out and then I took about 5 to finally update. Have someone tech savvy help you if you are struggling. Works pretty good, just the instructions are not very clear on what you need to do to update their devices. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Unstable app for an expensive unit. Pioneer head units were always good quality so when buying a new motorhome I was happy to see it came with a good quality unit. I downloaded the app, its that bad it doesn't stay open long enough to see what's in it. SORT IT OUT PIONEER

Pioneer, customers pay way too much money not to have a reliable application and approach to connecting internet to your expensive devices. Your app consistently pings my phone when not necessary, yet in my car it doesn't work instantly. At the moment something is broke, it won't even connect to my car. ..I just want the weather forecast! Great hardware is being destroyed by network issues. Its 2025, Pioneer you need to fix this!!
