You can bring any Pokémon that has appeared in a core Pokémon game to Pokémon HOME. You can also bring certain Pokémon from Pokémon HOME for Nintendo Switch to any compatible video game titles.

If you have a smart device, you’ll be able to trade Pokémon with players around the world anytime you want, anywhere you are. Enjoy different ways of trading, too, like the Wonder Box and GTS!

▼ Complete the National Pokédex!
You’ll be able to complete your National Pokédex by bringing lots of Pokémon to Pokémon HOME. You’ll also be able to check out all the moves and Abilities your Pokémon have.

Ratings and reviews

The trading system is extremely frustrating because of the broken search functions. There's no way to filter out offers for Pokemon that you don't have, which has made trading impossible because of Eternal Flower Floette! There's also no way to search/request shiny Pokémon. The way features are divided between the mobile and Switch versions are also very difficult. I recommend that players keep their Pokemon inside their respective games and avoid being stuck in a long subscription :(

This makes the whole Pokemon experience a more personal journey all they way around. You spend all that time working to get "That" pokemon in one title... then to never play that title again/rarely. Well, this app makes all that hard work still viable; giving your pokemon an almost immortalized status. This makes me feel like an actual rl trainer where my pokemon data is MY pokemon. So long as the data stays safe- I will always love this app/tool! Add some mini games or something fun please!

Very useful for storing any Pokémon I wish to keep from any of my switch games. There is a bit of a problem with the GTS that I really hope gets dealt with, and thats people setting up impossible trades on the GTS. An example (which is also how i encountered this) is someone offering a Miraidon for an Alolan Raichu that can travel to BDSP, which is actually impossible to do because Alolan forms aren't in BDSP. Here's hoping this gets fixed because its really inconvenient for everyone.
