About this game

Collect Pokémon Through Sleeping!

In the world of Pokémon Sleep, Pokémon with the same sleep type as you will gather around as you catch some Zs, so discover all the various different sleep styles that Pokémon can have as you aim to complete your Sleep Style Dex!

What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep

■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.

■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!

■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!

Rest Your Very Best!

■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

■ Get Support to try to Sleep Your Best
You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best.

■ Smartwatch Pairing
By linking with Health Connect, you can use sleep data tracked through certain smartwatches to play Pokémon Sleep.

Game is pretty good. I love using this app to track my sleep. My only issue is that something always seems to break after every update. Like since the most recent update, I can't track my sleep because of some sort of glitch that makes my snorlax stuck in idle. It does not go to the sleep tracker. I have reported the issue, but haven't heard anything yet.

I've been playing since launch. The app works well. It does sometimes zoom in when I'm just trying to move where the screen is showing. I wish the pop-up animations for showing information were either quicker, less of them, or more options to turn them off as they eat up a lot of the time I'm using the app. After you track sleep, you can't manually enter any sleep time that came before what you just tracked.

Fun and well paced, as in you don't run out of content too quickly, but progression isn't so slow that it feels impossible. However, it needs some quality of life improvements here and there. Top issue is that once you press "Sleep" on the Sleep Preparation screen, you can get *sometimes* get extra prompts to start tracking. A few times, I've put my phone down and gone to sleep, but turns out snorlax leveled up while finishing berries, and since I never clicked "Okay" it never started tracking
