About this game

Collect Pokémon Through Sleeping!

In the world of Pokémon Sleep, Pokémon with the same sleep type as you will gather around as you catch some Zs, so discover all the various different sleep styles that Pokémon can have as you aim to complete your Sleep Style Dex!

What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep

■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night.

■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!

■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!

Rest Your Very Best!

■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

■ Get Support to try to Sleep Your Best
You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best.

unreliable, slow and frustrating. used it since day 1 but everyday there's something wrong with it. updates to the app kick you out (even at night), it randomly says my device is offline, which it is not (guess what, also kicks you to the main menu) navigating the menus is tedious and even simple stuff like opening your bag requires multiple loading screens. update: 300 days still as frustrating as day one. God forbid you switch from WiFi to mobile data. events don't guarantee you anything.

It's a cute game and I enjoy it but the loading screens are incredibly long. Especially when I'm tired and just quickly wanna make the dinner and go to sleep, the long loading screens sometimes make me fall asleep before I can press the "Sleep" button. Don't know much about game development but why is the loading time in Pokémon go for example a lot shorter than in sleep? It seems like sleep needs to do a lot less but maybe I'm missing the knowledge

I've been using it nearly since release. I keep hoping it gets improved, but it never does. It is laggy, loading screens take ages, there are so many unskippable animations/that one dialogue box, and the ui is bright white. I love the concept, and the tracking is accurate, but there are so many quality of life issues. It is playable, but barely.
