The official PokéPark KANTO app allows visitors to enjoy an even better park experience!
With the app, you can display codes for purchased tickets, group tickets together, and sign up for limited-access tickets to enter the shop or attend certain shows and meet-and-greets. It also contains a map showing the exact location of each area and attraction for easy navigation.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work. It prompts to accept terms and conditions when you first launch it, but the checkbox cannot be accepted, it doesn't matter where you tap. Cannot get past the very first step.

Very odd to offer tickets to overseas customers but the app refuses to open until we are in Japan, would be nice to operate the app before hand and get our tickets registered etc.

There is absolutely no reason this app should be region locked. Our whole party had issue even while we were in Japan and at the park because of our Sim cards aren't regionally specific to Japan, even though it works fine with speed of 5G+. The app itself isn't exactly straight forward either, would recommend looking up a guide before your pokemon park trip!!
