I have loved pokemon since i was 2...meaning i have been an advid fan for about 16 and one half years now. I love this game! But what i hate is the events...they are very hard for first time people who think "i need that pokemon!!!!" And also the system of hearts is really stupid. There are other games like that, that i have downloaded, and i barely play them, and in some cases get rid of them. Get rid of hearts!! Just allow infinite playing, and also, event pokemon should show up in the main questline...but the one thing that needs to go, is the hearts.
I'm not here to tell you the game is good, or bad. I'm here to tell you about the game and let you make your own choices. First of all, this game is great in short bursts. Sometimes I find myself wanting to play more, but I usually only play during breaks at work or before bed. I've always wished the bonus combos at the end of the round would yield some sort of a reward based on the combo reached. But the new reward system implemented recently, I have found it can be quite lucrative. Makes up for a lot.
I didn't like the DS version but I'm so glad about this mobile version! I just wish I could've transferred my file from the DS version over! But hey, it was really awesome getting to play it over again, I wasn't too far anyways :) everything is easily attainable, which is nice. The wait times for recharging your hearts is really reasonable, too. If you like Pokémon a lot, I really suggest this app!
Fun, addictive puzzle game. Kids love the catching pokemon aspect, puzzles are not super hard, at least by the first 150 levels, where I'm at. There are a lot of aspects of game play at work which is nice, there is obviously the puzzle side, but also collecting, leveling, time rush, leader board and more. Have not spent a dime and can still have a lot of fun!
I really like this game, though it's kind of simple. Anyway, a pokemon game without evolution is really strange to me, people will just ignore the development of early form of pokemon. And I would suggest to have an active skill in gameplay, so we could have another option other than just busy solving puzzle.
This was very fun for me to play and I enjoyed this experience. Personally I think the mobile app is better than the app for 3ds because it's easy to get hearts and keep playing. Not trying to bash the 3ds version but to me the mobile version is better.
