Ratings and reviews

Edit: Developer, don't be ridiculous. Of course I know how to change the font size on my phone. It is still tiny while other apps are bigger. Another minus is all the pop ups that appear asking to do a survey after you enter the gym (no thank you as I am about to exercise) The photos and text in the app is displayed very small so it is hard to read

I tried to use it thinking it's convenient and in budget. But, to be honest it's not for foreigners or if you don't know Japanese very well. Although, the main reason for bad review is because I applied to cancel my membership after 2-3 months but somehow it wasn't cancelled and I was billed continuously for 13months. It was not even clear from Bank deductions that it's for Chocozap. That's ridiculous ! Finally I was able to cancel it and I'm not going back to it.

My Japanese is ok but an English version would be good as I know a lot of foreigners find gyms too expensive. Videos explaining machines are too short; working through a full set would be better. Also recording exercises sometimes asks for nonexistent info: aerobike's 傾斜 and treadmill's 強度. Also 傾斜 of zero cannot be entered for treadmill.
