(Edit: please make the 100% darker!) I found that most filters have either a black or orange "filter," which is really an overlay - i.e., it puts a layer of orange on your screen, which will actually *brighten* it if it would otherwise be dark. This app does have an overlay, it's just better designed. At higher filter strengths, the filter becomes darker instead of more intensely colored, so it won't brighten things. Also lets you set certain apps to be unaffected. The whole app is just sleek.

I don't understand this app. I want a blue light filter that, you know, BLOCKS BLUE LIGHT. This app has eight different filter types, each of which is ostensibly to block a different part of the visible spectrum. However, they appear to do nothing except darken the screen; I see no difference among them whatsoever. Also, there is no documentation to describe any of this. As far as I can tell, this app does NOT block blue light. If I want a darker screen, I'll just turn down the brightness; I don't need a dedicated app for that.

This is most certainly a high quality blue light filter, best one I've found by far. I love how it gives the option to choose the color of the filter. This is the only app of it's kind with said feature and it really makes it feel a cut above the rest,, way better than the filter that came pre-installed on my device too. If you're in the market for the best blue-lite filter out there, this is it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended!
