Not all of the app is in English, and there is no alarm system to warn of Earthquakes, etc. I can easily get emergency information from the internet, so this app isn't useful.

During typhoon #19, I was trying to download the app because it claims to have news and alerts in English. It failed to download, saying "Could not connect to the internet" over and over again. I downloaded a different app just to make sure it wasn't my phone or connection.
