The app works and is the only way to buy tickets for entry and priority passes at the park. The wait times update regularly and are useful when visiting. However the app is data hungry and the Park has no functioning public WiFi. Without a data connection it is useless. There is better information about the attractions and schedules on the website than on the app, so I needed to be switching between them. The app could use more functionality like a planner, wishlists, walking directions, etc

When you are at Disney and use the map, it keeps flipping on its own. As you zoom and or navigate, the map flips and changes orientation randomly. Not sure why they did this? no other map application does that. There is no way to lock the map in North, etc. This is irritating, but what makes it worse is that the Disney Tokyo servers cannot keep up on with the load. Everytime it flips, it has to update the map images. which it is NOT able to do in a timely manner.

The application crashes all the time. Map tiles load and unloads randomly. The map doesn't really change so it could be downloaded as part of the application and updated only when needed. The map also rotates when you move it a little bit out of the park you are, which is very annoying. The lack of park-wide WiFi makes the overall experience even worse. The only part that works decently is the restaurant order. This is the only reason to give it 1 star instead of -2 stars.
