Ratings and reviews

Beware if you have any problems picking up your items. They offer zero customer support to help resolve any issues you may have in scanning or picking up items once youre at the airport. In addition, they will automatically cancel your order and charge your card 20% due to any system errors on their end. I tried calling their customer service number after having problems at the airport and was sent to voice mail in Japanese, no return call or help at all. UPDATE: Customer service refunded

Great application and service. It's really awesome that they give you free data and a free sim to try their service. I was able to sign up, pick up the sim and use their service with their clear instructions through the app. There was no problems with setting up APN or obtaining service. The app identifies remaining data and you can purchase more data easily through the app in a few easy steps. This is a great resource for tourists going to Japan. I highly recommend it. No need to return sim.👍

Quite difficult to initial the sim card after picked up the sim from airport, it did not recognize the net work automatically with many times of restart try. Have to input many items manually. Still up to now I can not use.
