"HAE Note" is a symptom recording app for hereditary angioedema (HAE) patients and their families.

◆Record Symptoms/QOL - To Understand Current Attack Symptoms-

Easily record your attack symptoms using the camera and notes.

In addition, with QOL(*), you can easily record the impact of attacks on your daily life by simply answering questions within the app.
*QOL stands for "Quality of Life," and is an indicator to continually monitor in order to "live a better life."

[What You Can Record]

Onset of attack, end of attack, photo of attack site, attack site designation, attack severity, whether or not treatment was administered, notes, prodromal symptoms(*), HAE medication.
*Prodromal symptoms are symptoms that occur before an attack.

◆Treatment Support - Ensuring Correct Medication Use

By registering your medications, you can receive notifications and prevent forgetting to take your medication.

◆Looking Back - Knowing and Communicating Seizure Characteristics

Easily review past seizure symptoms and frequency with photos and graphs, allowing you to clearly communicate with family and doctors.
You can have your doctor review your recorded QOL.
You can output reports of symptoms and everyday problems.

By registering as a member, you can use "HAE Note" to store your data in the cloud and access the report creation and medication registration features.
You can also use the app without registering.
