Ratings and reviews

The service is nice but the app and website is bad. When adding work experience it gives you always an error message when adding individual job description like travel Consultant. The list is full with strange job listings. It is also impossible to remove a job listings from the resume when making a mistake or trying to work with the flaws of the app. It's also not syncing the data from the app to the desktop browser page. It's one great example of all the really bad apps out there

I have send the email to cancel my account, but I got no answer yet. Could you please help me? | The UI is great, I wish more job apps looked like this. But, unfortunately, this app is only for foreigners LIVING in Japan already — and there is no way for you to apply from overseas. Since this doesn't apply to me, I would like to delete my account, but I see no feature for it. So be mindful of this detail before signing up: you will need to provide a japanese phone number and your residence card!

App very buggy, almost beyond usable and crashes while uploading pictures. As of now I can't select my country as it show up as blank the select country option. Also job search is messed up, not showing any jobs (even when changing the settings for more "ample" results) and I believe not all the filters are showing up completely. App has potential, but sadly it will take several update versions before it happens.
