Dreadful app and now today of all days when we're waiting for life -changing results, it's decided to not work at all. Terrible.

Estimada usuaria. Lamentamos que haya tenido problemas con el acceso a la aplicación iPasen, sin embargo, le informamos que dicha casuística ha sido subsanada y ya es posible acceder a ella. Le recomendamos actualizar la aplicación a su versión más reciente. Saludos cordiales.

I can not open the app once it has been downloaded on my phone. Impossible to access anything or contact the teachers... Please let me know best way to solve this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app many times...

Update March 2022. Still a nightmare to use, login disappears, cant download documents, msg area a mess... pathetic and stressful. ZERO Stars !!!!!! Update May 2021. ZERO Stars !! Still the worst app online. And im told to use iAnde aswell. Update 16 march 2020: My login credentials have disappeared. Cant log in: user (me) doesnt exist... now my kids dont exist... what a disaster!
