Great information and a great teacher, I've learned a lot. There's a few minor glitches on the app like when a lesson is complete it doesn't always keep it marked complete and I had it turn off a few times but the information part of the app makes it worth having.

This app is so finicky that it's barely usable. It frequently has "an unknown error," after which I often have to quit and restart. It doesn't consistently remember completed videos, so I have to remember where I stopped. If it crashes, it will often return to the stopping point *prior* to the latest period of listening, so I have to fast-forward through many minutes of content to find where I was. Sometimes I can't open the player to pause the audio; all that's visible is the description.

I like the concept of this app and somewhat like its functionality but, it glitches and freezes constantly. When I go through modules or chapters, it doesn't save my progress or it freezes and backtracks me out of everything. If I'm listening to something and I close the app and then come back to the app, everything's frozen and nothing works. Then I have to start all over again and find where I was... I use it for the Paramedic Coach. He is amazing! I wish the app did better at supporting him.
