About this app
LivHealth E-surveillance App facilitates the recording of syndromic symptoms as well as diseases that are reported by community disease reporters (CDRs). The application enables the easy capture and documentation of disease syndromes as well as confirmed diseases that are reported from the communities who are keeping livestock for a living.
The app has been developed by the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) in partnership and collaboration with the department of veterinary services of Kenya (DVS) and the counties of Marsabit, Turkana, Wajir, Isiolo and Garissa. The LivHealth app is an output of the Accelerated Value Chain Development (AVCD) project,the Livestock component. The project is funded by USAID.
