I use the line that is registered for mobile banking on a different non-smartphone. Thus the app can't find the activation reference. It would be good if there was an option to input the activation reference received on that phone onto the NatMobile app menu as an alternative.

I just downloaded the App, I used my 24hr pin to log in but when I try to change my pin, I get "Error" feedback. so I'm not able to link my account through the App. I can't use the Code due to credit overdraft at the moment. please work on this.I guess I have to visit my nearest.

Will do the basics but no more. The app itself is slow and for whatever reason it randomly refuses to load my balances. Could be a lot better especially looking at apps like KCB
