I have sent 3 emails . No one has given me a reply. I have a valid multiple entry EVisa and yet I am denied boarding by the airline unless I have a ETA. I have also been to the ETA office in Nairobi and they could not sort my issues . just gave me an email address that nobody replies to. someone should go on the web and take down old info about EVisas that is no longer current.

Easy to use, would be nice if app had ability to save an incomplete application for more than a few days.
