I repaid my loan in fullbut the payment never updated in the app i emailed customer support and sent my M-PESA confirmation as requested, but nothing was resolved. I was then called multiple times and told my payment was overdue, even after sending proof again penalty was added to my account, and customer care claimed there was a minimum Paybill payment amount, something I was never informed about despite asking if I could pay in small installmentsto stop the constant call I had to pay extra.

I have tried borrowing money from your app now twice. It keeps rejecting my application. If you are using crb ratings to approve loans then you are missing out on a lot of potential customers. Most loan apps reportes their customers and haven't cleared those records. All business is risk vs reward my friends and you are missing out big time with your business model.

was going on well. payments on time, no overdues until last Saturday everything started going left. nothing is working. not getting loans yet upgraded to vip 3 sameday. even got points for payments on time. basic reduced, instead of increasing since its a new vip perk. all of them reduced. Standard advanced elite and premium also not giving. actually the elite package has not been working for 4 weeks yet I've never missed a payment. always on time for all packages. This App sucks now!
