3/5 with good reason. Simple interface. Quick and easy application process. Short time to disburse loans. However the interests on their loans are insanely high. False advertising of 0.035% daily interest but in actuality it's about 40% within a short period of 7 days. They will send messages and call as soon as 2 days to the deadline.

This is one of the worst loan apps I have ever used. I borrowed and repaid my loan on time, expecting better service, but ever since then, my applications keep getting rejected with no explanation at all. It makes no sense to punish customers who actually pay back their loans. The app is unreliable and very frustrating to deal with. There is no transparency, and it feels like a complete waste of time

giving fast loans ... that's okay... but the repayment day they blow your phone with calls after every 40 mins ..... my loan was due at 11:30 ... by 11:32 they had called me 6 times and sent me almost 5 messages... in a span of 2 minutes now imagine how many texts you'll get in one hour ... very poor customer service.... reduce the texts and calls we see on the app and one call is enough ..... how can you call someone 6 times in under 2 minutes
